BOOKING PROCEDURE

Select 2 or 3 properties in order of preference, then send the booking form or telephone us at Wellington +44 1823 660126 to make a provisional booking during normal office hours (8:45am to 5pm Mon-Fri, and usually 9:00am-1pm Saturdays, UK Time. We are also often here later in the evenings).

Inside photos, cottage location and availability may be checked on the website and bookings can be made online. We will hold your provisional reservation for 5 working days pending receipt of your confirmation and deposit.

Deposit

The deposit required is £75 per cottage per week. If your booking is within 6 weeks of your holiday the full amount is required. Forward your payment with completed booking form to Shamrock Cottages, 13 Clifford Terrace, Wellington TA21 8PQ or by email via on-line secure website or by fax (01823) 660125 if paying by credit card. On receipt, we will confirm with full cottage details and map indicating location.

Ferry Prices & Timetable

If you require a ferry reservation for one or more cars, please indicate your choice of sailings on the booking form. No additional deposit should be sent (except for P&O ferry). We would also be glad to quote for additional vehicles or for alternative dates of travel. Ferry reservations may be made at later date if you are unsure of your dates of travel (subject to availability).

Additional Weeks

To calculate the cost of your holiday if more than one week, add the additional week's cottage rental to the inclusive cottage/ferry rate.

Insurance

Full premium for personal travel insurance, if required, should be forwarded in addition to the deposit to ensure immediate cover.

Payments

Payments may be made by cheque, postal order etc. Credit card payments are accepted in sterling £'s.
