Lough Derg (24 miles long) is renowned for its superb game and coarse fishing, rare flora, interesting birds and a unique peaceful beauty. Numerous activities in the area with boats for hire, sailing courses, pitch and putt, pony trekking and places of historic interest include St Flannan Cathedral, Brian Boru's Fort, Killaloe and the Graves of the Leinstermen. Dromineer (2 miles) for cycle and walking routes including Lough Derg Way (68 kms). Nearest pub and shop 1 mile. Shared garden with furniture and gas barbecue.
