Cottage in restored stables in 4 acre grounds of Old Parochial House (1872), a former rectory. Cooraclare (200 metres) with shops, 3 music pubs and restaurant. Kilrush (8 km) for restaurants, golf, dolphin, watching and deep sea fishing. Atlantic coast (8 km) with beaches for shore fishing, surfing, scuba diving, walking and swimming. Aran, Kerry and Galway Mountains. Ideal base to explore Burren and Cliffs of Moher. Garden furniture.

Inside

Well furnished and equipped with hall and stairs to kitchen/sitting/dining room with wood burning on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double and ensuite shower and W.C. and one with a 4ft double, small single, separate shower and W.C. Duvets.
