It is situated on quiet country road on the unspoilt Seven Heads Peninsula, about a mile from shop and pub in the little village of Butlerstown and ½ mile from the sea. Sandy beach (2 miles). Clonakilty (9 miles) and Kinsale (21 miles) with many excellent restaurants. Courtmacsherry 3 miles. Large garden and patio area with deck, furniture and barbecue.
