It is situated close to the causeway to Cruit Island, renowned for its exceptionally scenic 9-hole golf course (3 miles) between the fishing port of Burtonport with ferry trips to the surrounding islands and the village of Annagry (both 4 miles). Nearest shop, pub and restaurant all within a mile. Intriguing jagged coastline, beautiful and varied with many islands and inlets, lakes and archaeological remains. Glenveagh National Park with castle and gardens.
Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/dining/sitting room with electric hob and oven and wood burning stove, lounge, separate W.C. and three bedrooms, one (grd flr) with a king sized double and en suite shower and W.C. and stairs to one with a double and a single and one with a double and bathroom with W.C.
