Renovated former Rectory, quiet and secluded in wooded setting on small peninsula on the northern end of Lough Corrib. Short walk to pier and foreshore. Very scenic area between Leenane (13 miles) and Cornamona (3½ miles) for nearest shop and pub. Sandy beach on Lough Nafooey (9 miles). Maam 4½ miles. Balcony. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Well furnished and equipped spacious accommodation on 1st floor, kitchen/dining room, sitting room with open fire, sun lounge and bathroom with bath, bidet and W.C. utility room (ground floor) with washing machine/dryer and five bedrooms, three (ground floor) one with 5ft double, one with a double and one with 2 singles, each with ensuite shower and W.C. and two (2nd floor) each with two single beds and showertub and W.C. Duvets and blankets. Oil fired central heating. Satellite TV/DVD. Radio. Fridge/freezer. Dishwasher. Microwave. High chair. Hairdryer. Wi-Fi. No pets. No smoking.

Extras

Oil will be charged as an extra.  Owners of electric cars will be charged €8 per day to charge their battery. Rowing boat available by arrangement with the owner.  

All extras/deposits are payable directly to the owner/caretaker.
