Detached cottage (formerly used as art gallery now an accommodation living gallery) in the grounds of the owner’s house with patio and nearby wood about 2 km from Lough Corrib for salmon and trout fishing. 6 km from the attractive town of Oughterard ‘Gateway to Connemara’ with excellent shops and restaurants, pony trekking and 18-hole golf course. Well placed for exploring the spectacular scenery of Connemara with its many lakes, mountains and interesting and varied coastline. Ideal location for quiet country lane walks to the lake and nearby fifteenth century castle. Garden furniture and barbecue.

KITCHEN
This Cottage is tastefully furnished in a traditional Cottage Style. It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine (with coffee pods), induction hob, fan oven, slim dishwasher, larder fridge, under the counter freezer, smart TV, washing machine, faux fire electric heater and electrical radiators (that can be controlled by an app on your phone).  No pets and no smoking.
LIVING ROOM
Spacious but cosy living room with original art paintings on display, solid fuel stove (starter fuel pack included), free-to-air TV channels, electric radiators, bureau with art supplies to express your creativity, also doubles as a work desk.
UPSTAIRS
MASTER BEDROOM (green)
Comfortable double bed, bedside lamps with USB chargers, vanity area, hair dryer.
SHOWER ROOM
Electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
