Location

Reviews

Directions to find property are years out of date, land marks such as Spillines Bar and houses with terracotta window sills with traffic cones outside don't exist. Property was also directly behind a bungalow, distance references to other houses should be mentioned unless you stay in a built up area. Cooker with gas hob provided with no instructions on how to use with all markings faded. Possibly a safety issue? Electrical cables outside in the back on the ground half exposed could be a hazard for young children. More electrical sockets required in kitchen to accommodate the microwave, kettle and toaster. A better safer entrance like concrete steps to front door instead of large stones. Information folder is at least a decade out of date in property. Time to throw this in the bin. No recycling facilities at property. Glass bottles are instructed to be recycled by guests themselves? Not appropriate in the hospitality industry to make this request. Bin clearance should be included in the weekly cost of property not separately. Electricity and gas should be included in cost also and no meter readings on day of departure. Overall, holiday was enjoyable and O' Sullivans cottage has a lot of potential. Manager Susan was friendly and helpful when we met her. Just a few tweaks here and there and it will be a more comfortable stay for future guests.

Ms Mary B,

Cottage was excellent. Very good location, cozy and well equipped. Would stay here again.
