Small gate lodge on quiet cul-de-sac road ¼ mile from the eastern shore of Lough Mask renowned for its trout fishing in the heart of the lovely lake district of South Mayo. Lough Carra lies 5 miles to the north and Lough Corrib 8 miles to the south. The country town of Ballinrobe is 3 miles for nearest shops, pubs and restaurants, tennis, horse riding and championship golf course. Boats and gillies are available by prior arrangement with the caretaker in advance (¼ mile). Clew Bay with its hundreds of islands and the fine Georgian town Westport (19 miles) with a wealth of amenities. Cong and Ashford Castle 8 miles. Perfect base for touring very scenic area of Connemara. Garden with furniture.
