A 15-metre living/dining kitchen with floor to ceiling windows and stunning views, furnished to a very high standard. A well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, double oven and microwave and a central wood burning stove. Entrance hall, three bedrooms; one with a double bed plus a single bed and an ensuite wet room, one with two singles and ensuite wet room, and upstairs is a double with ensuite shower and W.C. and gorgeous views down the river to Lough Cullin. There is a separate guest’ bathroom and toilet, with bath, for unwinding after a long day’s fishing, golfing, hiking, horse-riding, or just because! There is electric underfloor heating throughout. There is a large library, including books of local and Irish interest as well as local maps, and plenty of games for all ages plus packs of cards. No pets. No smoking.

Friday to Friday bookings. 
Boat can be hired by arrangement with the owner on Lough Conn and can be moored at the jetty of the cottage for the week.
Please note, this property may not be suitable for families with small children due to its proximity to the lake.
Accessible for wheelchairs with no steps on ground floor, patio and down to water edge.
