Nearest sandy beach 8 miles (12 km). The Hook peninsula has numerous sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages and Hook Head lighthouse (the oldest in Europe). Ideal for swimming, snorkelling, beach and rock fishing, deep sea angling. Passage East ferry for Waterford (20 km). Tintern and Dunbrody Abbeys nearby. Colclough Walled Garden in the grounds of Tintern Abbey. Garden furniture.
