It is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way and intriguing coastline on the edge of the Burren, an area renowned for its historical monuments, archaeological sites, rare flowers and caves, as well as the Flaggy Shore (made famous by Seamus Heaney in his poem 'Postscript'). Nearest sandy beach about ¾ mile, Linnane’s famous seafood bar and restaurant ½ mile. Ballyvaughan/Kinvara 6 miles for shops, pubs, restaurants, farmers markets and boat hire. Kinvara market and live traditional music. Ferry trips to the Aran Islands. Garden furniture.
